Explore the rich cultural heritage of South Africa, as Jeremy Hammond of Innovative Dining and Heath Cordes of Magnum Wine & Tastings, take you on an exciting foray into the food and wine of this exotic region. Dinner By Design: Fusion/South Africa, the 6th in the 9 part Dinner By Design series brings us rich flavors like coriander and thai basil paired exquisitely with tangy Chenin Blancs and Syrahs from high elevation slopes. This artfully designed experience promises to engage and enlighten.
